Largo IB Partners brings Scholars, Parents, Teachers and Administrators together to support each other and our International Baccalaureate (IB) Program. Our existence is a requirement of the IB accreditation rules that recognizes the importance of working together as a team: A team that needs and values you as a member. Without your assistance and support, your IB scholar and Largo IB will not flourish and become all that they both can be.
Largo IB Partners provides needed financial support to the teachers and students. We help with the extra fees and expenses to send our scholars to academic competitions. We purchase supplies, books and subscriptions for the faculty to help them maintain the high level of training needed to be certified as IB educators. We host the IB Pinning Ceremony (an IB required event) that is part of the social component that makes IB special. Additionally Largo IB Partners sponsors the IB Picnic, Senior Celebration, Teacher Apperception Events and more. We communicate with members through regular meetings, the IB Partners Blog website, Facebook and Instagram. We will keep you informed and share the information necessary for your Scholar to successfully navigate and graduate with an IB diploma.
